If im taking prop 100mg/ml on a 3ml syringe that would be 1 ml in the syringe correct?
And same for 250mg/ml is 1ml ? On a 3ml syringe?

Correct. For every ml you have it is 100mg of prop. So if you have a full syringe 3ml its 300mg prop.
