I have read that hcg is made from the hypothalamus of dead cows, and one can get infected whit prions, is that true?
There are two production methods. Urine-derived and recombinant. It is possible for the former to have the prions that can cause mad cow disease like you said. The latter does not have prions.
Keep in mind there have been no cases of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (mad cow) from HCG use, however, the incubation time is decades, so itās theoretically possible. The drug is manufactured from the urine of pregnant women, so the donor would have to be a carrier. The recombinant HCG is made from genetically engineered hamster ovaries, so both arenāt really appealing to inject LOL.
There have been cases of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease from HGH use. People (mainly children) were injecting pituitary derived GH in the 50s and 60s. That method for extracting GH is no longer used so the risk isnāt there anymore.
For a second i felt like this is gonna be a vegan thing
I really hate I clicked this thread.
