Is their much of a difference between gauge?

I asked because I use 23g 1.5 now and noticed sometimes I have hard time breaking skin.

Just an FYI, 27 gauge is pretty painless. Many use 25 gauge as well. 27 gauge might not be long enough for you or what you are pinning though. I think I’ve seen 1" 27 gauge though?

No, but I like 25-27, depending on amount

23ga 1.5" for glutes. Everything else can pretty much be 25ga 1"
