I’ve been coming to this site since it was T-mag, but I was a computer retard until a few years ago and I didn’t know how to post in a forum, so I lurked for quite a while. I just read the articles and some of the training threads. When I stopped playing rugby, I discovered SAMA and GAL and I decided to take the plunge.
