What pisses me off more than people not re racking there weights are the ones who are doing like 5 different thing, so im watching the next thing I wanna use and i saw a guy on it acouple mins ago but now he is off doing something else.It fucking happened to me today.

I think not re-racking dumbbells is fucking bullshit. I’ve never seen anyone not do it before, but leaving them rolling around (especially in front of the rack) is a sure sign of a douche.
At my gym there are unracked DB and plates everywhere even though I know the owners rack everything at least once a day.
What pisses me off even more than unracked weights are the fucking retards who rack 5s, 10s, 25s and 45s on the same weight-tree peg because they are too brain-fucking-dead to realize different pegs are meant for different weights.

Depends on what piece of equipment. I always re-rack my DB’s but sometime I’ll leave a few plates on the HS machines or the Leg Press. It gets tiring taking off 16+ plates, but anyways mostly “strong” people use those machines so I don;t have to worry.
I rerack. Unless it’s the calf raise machine or leg press, those I think are fine leaving 45# on. But I hate when people leave the plates AND the clips on. Like seriously, you can’t even take the freaking clips off?
I always re-rack my weights no matter what. Ill take 16 45’s off of leg press if thats what I’m doing. I don’t want to clean up other peoples plates or search for matching DB’s so I leave it the way I would want other people to leave it for me.

When I’m in the normal part of the gym I’m guilty of that too, especially when a 10lb wieght is where a 25lb wieght should be and a 35lb wieght is where a 45lb wieght should be. Too many years of personal training and working under a gym where the owner is OCD about those things makes you OCD too.

Ummmmmmmm, ya…those are all my pictures…sorry if I don’t look exactly the same in every one! But yup…every one is me…sometimes I’m leaner (in season) and sometimes I’m heavier (off season) A few of them are retouched…

1)Was the mole on your face in two of your pictures cancerous, and why is it none of the other girls who’s faces are different have a dirty sanchez and man jaw ?
2)Why does your face look like a 5 year old did the photoshop if your a professional “model”
3)And why are the pictures that supposedly are you have different geometry along the jaw line, the distance between the eyes on some of them, and other features that are conducive with it being totally separate people?

Thats a side door, not in front of it. All casino’s have roughly 8-10 double doors, most of the time with doormen.
