Haha, good point, that’s exactly what my brother tell me all the time. Too bad I am too dumb to listen. Oh well, it is what it is ![]()
What do you consider “junk” elusive and MODOK??? Does McDonald’s or Burger King fit into the picture? Thanks.

I sincerely hope this isn’t a serious question.
I treat myself with a “free meal” once every 10 to 14 days. Besides that, I eat clean when “bulking” as well as when trying to lose as much bodyfat as possible.
I don’t think that a pizza once in a while will hurt bodybuilding progress. Nor do I think it’ll make you die at 50.
I just LIKE my veggies, meat and fruits…

Yes, it is a serious question because they mentioned eating “junk” during both bulking AND cutting. I was just curious as to what they considered junk and if I am way out of line with McDonald’s and Burger King. They are ripped and I know MODOK did bb competitions before, so I would definitely be interested in their answers.

And if for example i wanted fries alone - (which is rare to never) i would simply add a fat shake to them to complete the nutritional profile a little better.
what kind of shake would that be thats full of fats?
and you do know fries are fried in oil (fat) ![]()
Can’t tell if you’re being sarcastic, but I’m pretty sure he’s using “fat” to mean “big” or “large”, not the 9-kcal macronutrient.[/quote]
Correct, i meant large. I edited it as it WAS confusing. FWIW i don’t feel the need to add fats to fries personally… ![]()
