Spike an hour before heavy lifting, Surge during and after, has made a huge difference for me in terms of recovery and work capacity. I’ve seen some good results from creatine in the past as well.
I know creatine is safe, I don’t wanna take it for personal reasons… I just said BCAAs are a safe supplement and I like them. I read about pedyalete, I just wanted to hear if there was something else and if it was cheap. I only get positive comments about Surge, how o I make one for myself (whey + malto + …)
For mineral electrolyte replacement powdered Gatorade is great (It has a different sugar make up than the pre-bottled one so I would go for it in terms of price and product).
I think Glutamine is important and should not be overlooked: Recent scientific research has demonstrated that consuming glutamine following exercise can accelerate muscle glycogen resynthesis and glutamine levels, which are critical in the prevention of overtraining, and the creation of an anabolic environment.
I recommend ingesting 0.33 g/kg of glutamine, so for a 90 kg man that would be 30 grams. If someone has a higher percentage bodyfat, I up the glutamine and reduce the carbs.

annoying post,
you cannot take creatine bc of personal reasons?..ok i can understand if you have some health condition that for some very unusual circumstance doesn’t not allow you to use creatine but you’re starting to sound really wierd.
BCAAs are fine but if your not restricting calories you can probably get enough through eating a good diet plus if you use Surge its in there.
It basically sounds like your looking for some very cheap magic bullet to get huge. I think you need to eat a good diet, stop being cheap and stop being weird about creatine (which IS very cheap so start taking it, its not against your religion)
My parents don’t allow me to use creatine and I am taking something that is pretty hard on the liver and in terms of hydration. Happy thats it, I know supplements aren’t magic. All I want are some cheap supplements that will support my diet and solve a few problems. I must have said like 4 times in this thread I don’t want creatine, I get it, its good shit, it helps but I am not able to take it.
For your liver you may want to look into Liv-52
