This is not my first cycle. I have 2 under my belt so far but the last one was 8 years ago. First was 2cc of sustanon 350/week. Second was 2cc of sustanon 350/week with D-bol starter the first 4 weeks. I had low T levels prior to my first cycle. Levels after pct on second cycle were 412ng/dl.
Now at almost 39yo my levels are low again. I am back in the gym for 5months now after losing my muscle and having to get to where i could walk again when i wrecked my Harley 6yrs ago. I am 6’1” and was 246lbs in august, now I am at 225lbs with much more muscle. I am starting a cycle of sustanon 250 2cc/week for 12 weeks with a winny kickstart 50mg oral.
My question is, do i only take the winny 1hr before training on training days since it has such a short half life?
Just restarting in the gym after a long break is not the time to use gear. This is a recipe for injury. Lose bodyfat, rebuild your base and then consider using drugs.
Because some meds have a coating for a more timed release. If you cut them in half they hit different. I have not been able to find if Winstrol is one of those. Also, I like the 50mg of Winstrol tab and the way it hits taken 1hr prior to my workout.
I appreciate the concern, but I know my body and have had injuries both on and off gear. I am not some noob that has no idea what an oncoming injury feels like. I hate the way i feel and will be starting trt anyways. I am simply starting it with a light blast.
From what i have been able to find, winstrol is out of your system in less than 24hrs typically. That is why i asked this question. So far, i am good, and my workouts are great. However, if it is only needed on training days then there is no need to take it 1-2 days out of the week.
Oral winstrol is about 9-12hr half life
Injectable is closer to 24hr half life
For best results you want stable blood profile. I would take oral 2x per day. It’s not a pre WO.
Thanks, i will split the pills and take 25mg twice daily. Also, i will save this for the end of my blast rather than using for a kick start.
I have not fully quit working out at any point, i simply meant that i am steady in the gym again. I have also manged to get around and fix other injuries from the past. Hence why i feel i am ready for a cycle, and am not taking a lighter cycle than i have before.
