Thanks dude, Il talk to my doctor.
But lets say he says my T is low, and I suggest starting on testosterone, how big impact will the T have on my body composition? Will I see a quite rapid change in terms of fatloss/musclemass?

@tonyton After about 3-4 weeks of starting TRT your body will stop producing itâs own T. Youâll likely not feel great until week 7-8ish. In the first 3 months youâll notice some body composition changes. I initially gained a little water weight (14lbs by weeks 6) that went away on its own by month 3ish. By month 6 youâll notice much improvement in lean body mass & fat loss. By month 12 youâll look like a different person. Of course diet and training will play a big role. 8 hours minimum of sleep is a must.
Trt should just bring you to levels that a normal guy can obtain. 15-20lbs of muscle in your first year if youâre new to lifting. Maybe a little more since your T levels will not trough as low when cutting and youâll be more insulin sensitive than most guys.
How rapid changes would I see then? More muscular frame?
(Il be working out in this period).
Thats quite good tho.
But in terms of weeks or so, lets say I start TRT in two weeks, and I work out at the same time. Will I be able to see some change in january? Like getting a more muscular frame, not that feminine?
3-4 months as long as your diet is decent and you are training hard on a good program.
How big impact will I see? Like a more muscular frame? Like alot?
@tonyton
At around 3 months in youâll have noticeable improvement in muscle mass but 6 months is where you really see improvement.
By month 3 youâll notice some change. Nothing crazy.
In my example, would those fatrolls be away you think? Will it be more thighten up?
If you cut carbs your fat rolls could be gone in 4-6 weeks.
Cut the carbs how much? Isnt the high protein most important? You need carbs for energy too.
Cut calories so youâre in a moderate deficit. Youâll get more use out of carbs filling your glycogen stores than you will by cutting them out.
@tonyton if you want to lose a lot of bodyfat quickly then cutting carbs is the way to go. I lost 25lbs in 5 weeks with little to no noticeable loss in muscle. The TRT will help keep you from losing muscle compared to someone doing it not on TRT. It works and works well. Keto has been a game changer for me when I want low bodyfat. Cutting calories is fine for losing fat over time but if you want it gone asap then go keto. Iâve found using exogenous ketones to really help with energy during that time. I have several friends who have done this so itâs not like it just works for me.
