I’m not sure if this is gyno?? I’ve been taking arimidex with 500 test a week but I may think the arimidex the arimidex is underdosed. I know the test is pharma grade stuff though. I also don’t feel no lumps, maybe some gristle. It’s also just like puffy and pointy? As people would refer to it as drip nip? I would love your thoughts on it and what I should do.
Soreness/tenderness?
@itryhardzhd
I’ve had gyno previously and judging by the first pic it looks pretty evident you have unilateral gynomastia. Try 40mg/day tamoxifen for as long as you can stand it and then switch to 20mg/day. Need to be on daily tamoxifen for a minimum of 3 months but preferably closer to 6. I have friends who have had very similar looking gyno that used the above method with great success in reversing it. The sooner you catch it the better the chances. If you end up deciding on surgery let me know and I can give you several extremely helpful pieces of advice.
From the sound of it you had to go the surgical route? I had a flare up before starting TRT when my hormones where imbalanced. Painful lumps and stuff, nothing bigger than a pea size. Luckily they went away when I hopped on TRT.
Yes I had surgery. I believe it stemmed from using Paxil when I was in 10th grade. My dick didn’t work for an entire year. The picture says 2003 when I was around 19 or 20 but it was actually taken when I was 17. A year after starting Paxil and my body changed rapidly. I went from having an 8-pack naturally to being skinny-fat with tits. Granted my gyno wasn’t as bad as some but it was horrible to deal with at that age. I didn’t know about Tamoxifen or anything like that but ended up getting surgery from Dr Metzner in New Orleans when I was around 24 I think. So happy I did.
Hated Paxil. I too had gyno as a kid from one of the many drugs the doctors experimented on me with… Zoloft, Paxil, Wellbutrin, Prozac, plus the years of antibiotics for my acne ![]()
Glad it worked out for you sir. That’s a tough age to be dealing with such issues.
Somtimes my nipples feel tender but most of the time they’re completely normal?
Thank you! I will let you know if I intend to get surgery but I will try to reverse what I have right now with some Letro.
You’re playing with fire for no reason. Use tamoxifen or raloxifene and block estrogen at the breast receptors and be done with it. That said, I think crashing E2 for folks willing to use AI’s without doing their homework can be a very informative experience so I’m somewhat reluctant to tell you not to do it.
I tried to get rid of my pubertal gyno using letro one time. I took 2.5mg daily and my gyno did shrink a little, but not by much. But, it didn’t really matter cos I felt like absolute shit & hated life so much that boobs were the least of my problems. Skip the letro & go with tamoxifen. Not side effect free, but sooooo much easier to deal with
It doesnt look like a gyno to me.
OP - you seem to have way too much body fat to be running gear in my opinion, this will surely lead to Gyno and I think what you are seeing happen is exactly that. I see this at my gym alllll the time. So many guys run gear with high body fat, and it usually always leads to gyno. I’d get off the gear for now if I were you.
wasn’t there/isn’t there a class action lawsuit in regards to that drug giving kids gyno? I’d jump on that lawsuit bro!
@greenboy
Thanks man I just contacted the law firm and gave them my brief summary. I’ll give you a cut if I get anything out of it.
What does gyno feel like? I feel gristle underneath my nipple? Does this mean it’s too late or??
@itryhardzhd
It’s never too late to try tamoxifen. It feels like there’s a piece of rubber directly behind your nipple. The kind of gyno where there is glandular mass at the bottom of the breast (bottom of the pec area) feels like running your finger down a pea pod.
I had it and it felt like little grains of rice when I pressed my finger into the nipple. A good test is to hold your arm straight above your head and using your other hand place your thumb and index finger on the borders of the areola. If you have gyno you will be able to grab a lump of something when you bring those fingers together
Relax, it really doesnt look like gyno, if you dont have sensation when you touch nipples or you have pain in that spot. Do your blood work if you are concerned.
