Bought this game last night…extremely addicting and fun plus the music is tight as hell!

my friend bought this, said it was badass and the music was great… I’m still confused about how its played… i need to head to his place and check it out
Here’s the idea, seems cool but appears to be solo play only which IMO group play is what makes guitar hero and rock band fun.

from the brief second I watched it played it looked like it was modeled after the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.
They should invent Bodybuilder Hero, Powerlifter Hero, and Oly Lifter Hero.
Then kids could feel the glory without having to do any of the work.

I’m sorry, but this looks just as stupid as guitar hero and rock band.
You have this record and controls slap bang in the middle of the screen, covering any visuals I’d expect to see (as per the tv trailer, which suggests completely different type of gameplay that looks interesting). And, all you do is make a beat matching what they instruct you too. I don’t see what’s so great about it - like a visual karaoke.
It’s like the graphics haven’t been intergrated with the layout of the controls; though even if they had been, I still would find it pointless.
Maybe it’s just me.
I can just see right now kids going out and investing 2000$ in mom and dads money into cdj’s mixer amp and speakers to find out that its nothing like that in real life. Then they quit and sell all the gear for booze or weed money!
Looks like fun, but I better not play it because neither I nor my folks have the money for me to transition to a real DJ setup which would eventually happen.

You can play multiplayer in this game. You can hook up a guitar hero controller and play side by side with one person on the guitar while the other is on the turntable or you can have two turntables going at the same time.

Lol. I actually can play guitar, own two vinyl turntables, a mixer, a ton of synths and music production equipment and I still enjoy just kicking back with these games every now and then.
