Dizzy/Lightheaded

Does anyone know what could cause lightheadedness and dizziness or feeling off balance.

When I started TRT 3 months ago within a few weeks my dizzy spells were gone. I’m on 200mg a week split into two doses, HCG 500iu split, and .25mg arimidex twice a week.

Now after a few months my dizzy spells are no longer spells I’m just dizzy 24/7! What the hell? When I first started I did only .25mg arimidex a week because I immediately got itchy nipples and I had gyno issues in the past. Labs came back with estrodiol high so I added more. It seems since then I’ve gotten worse but why would I feel better with higher estrogen?

I also lowered my dose to .4ml twice a week because testosterone was really high. Any ideas?

Your free t to high for trt.
What’s .4 ml in mg?
You probably need to cut dose

I did slightly, but that’s also my peak. Labs were done two days after injection.

Peak or no peak 200 mg is like a light cycle for you. For long term trt you need to bring down the numbers.

Well .5 is 100mg so 80mg? That bloodwork is before lowering my dose

The anastrozole can causes dizziness, I dissolved my 0.050 anastrozole in 5mls of vodka and dosed .2mls and zaps energy and makes me feel dead. Some are over responders to AI’s.

Are you sure you didn’t overdo the anastrozole?

It’s quite possible. I have crashed my estrogen before but usually it makes me feel extremely fatigued and achy and that was when I was on .5mg EOD. Currently on .25 e3d. I have dryer skin and I’ve been peeing more often but not crazy.

Once you drop your dose to let’s say 120 mg total a week you can probably drop dex. Do that for 6 weeks. Some guys do well at 100 total.

Dex has many sides.

Do you think the HCG is causing a lot of aromatization? When I use to cycle 500mg I only barely got itchy nips but never full blown gyno. On 200mg and with HCG I had like marbles by the 3rd week

Could be. I tried HCG and stopped it. I think it made my e2 spike. But I do not need for fertility. Am 41.
