Dissolving Letro Tabs?

I found a cheap source for some Letro tabs. Problem is they are 2.5mg a piece which is way too high for my purposes. I figured I could try to crush them up and mix them in some fluid, and just shake real well before I took a few drops but this sounds like it might not work out so smoothly and be a pain in the butt especially if the tabs are small.

Cutting them up would be out of the question. Even with a pill cutter I have a hard enough time cutting larger-sized tabs in half without them crumbling into dust.

Instead I figured if there was a way to get them to dissolve that would be better. That way I could take a 2.5mg, drop it in a 10cc syringe of some kind of liquid, and have a .25/ml solution which would be excellent because I could just shake it up and squirt a ml into my morning shake or something.

I’m guessing just plain water wouldn’t make it to dissolve? What about something more acidic, like citrus juice? Or would that have a negative effect on the potency of the drug?

Thanks.

First of all dont dose letro in your “morning shake”.

Thats nonsense, its very powerful medication, it needs to go directly in your mouth for accurate dosing.

A drop here or there left in the shake bottle is a hige difference with letro.

Second, you absolutely CAN NOT dissolve letro tabs in water or orange juice, your going to need alcohol as a base.

Atleast 60% I believe.

Ive used Everclear in the past which is 95%, and its pretty much idiot proof, but you can use lower.

I have personally played with this same thing you did, and found it to be kind of messy due to the coatings and such on the pill.

I gave it up, but it is certainly doable.

Or, if anyone knows a good way to crush a tab into a fine powder without losing any of the powder, that might work as well. Given the potency of the drug, losing a little bit of powder when crushing up the tab could easily have a significant effect on the dosage.

I did the same thing for a while and it worked, though was a pain. The letrozole will dissolve in the ethanol, but lots of other stuff in the tablet will not, so you’ll have lots of fine bits floating around in the bottom of whatever container you use… whether or not there is still some letro stuck in the matrix of those bits I cant say, but I was just careful to shake it really well to get an appropriate amount of bits in my dropper.

I used letro manufactured by an fda inspected indian pharm mfgr and had blood work done to confirm the stuff was working… at doses between 1/2 tab and an 1/8th tab per WEEK my E2 was below the level of detection of the assay (<10 pg/nl) so I switched back to adex. Incidentally I have never done an aas cycle and am on HRT at 50mg test enth/twice a week and 0.3 mg a week of adex keeps my E2 in check even while just over the top of the lab range for test (normal dose is c. 1 mg/wk for this much T), so I may be an anti-aromatase over responder. Hope that helps…
