Nope, there was some sort of pain in my left shoulder joint(?). Felt it since 60kgs and onwards.

Did some push ups and pull ups and the sharp-ish pain is still there. Shall go for a run instead.
Well shit, I can’t even run properly, left ankle hurts and everything just feels straight up horrible. It’s funny cause I literally just ran a 5K yesterday and I can barely make 500m today?

That and digging more holes now. Big ass holes. Nothing quite like jumping with big ass shovels sticking out of your pack and hoping they don’t end up impaling you.
