Think its time to rid myself of the “gay boy” (Of course there’s nothing wrong with that) pouch CD player I currently use.

I’m looking for some help from the T-community on recommendations on what mp3 player to get.

The following are some specifications I would LIKE or like not to have (make sense?), these include:

NOT a hard disc player ie. ipod.

256mb mem preferably built-in. Don’t wanna have to buy a card/stick.

Arm band of course.

Good batt life.

mp3 format obviously, but would also like the options of using various formats (Ogg maybe).

Bass Boost would be good also.

Probably up to the $200 range.

These are the basics of what I’m looking for, and honestly I would much rather have personal recommendations rather than going off CNet or some crap like that.

It is awesome! Has a bunch of EQ presets as well as a manual that allows you to mess with like 6 bands I belive. Has a voice recorder, arm-strap, takes 1 AAA and lasts forever(manual says 15 hours but I swear it’s longer than that!), it’s tiny, easy to use/navigate through menus, doubles as a USB thumbdrive. A STEAL at $80. You can also get the 512MB version for $115 or the 1GB for $200 off this site. I have ordered a ton of computer stuff from this site and have never had a problem.
