Different Thoughts on Consuming Enough Calories to Grow?

Correct, but that is also a very small part of the diet. Have you done much reading on it?

Not really. Its a decent source of protein, fat, and carbs. There’s about 1650 cals per gallon, so for some that leaves a good bit of room for other calorie sources.

They’re liquid cals, quick and easy to get in, but definitely not for everybody. Not something I’d choose to do.

To be honest, no

Prolly should watch more of his podcasts.

Yeah, a lot of it is focused on gut health and basically creating an environment that allows eating a significant amount of food. Not a whole lot of people are in need of it, but guys putting away 10k calories can definitely benefit from it.

generally speaking, yes. Although I still drink half a gallon a day. really, what’s important is how that fits into your overall caloric intake. The milk itself won’t make you fat. A gallon of milk is 2400 calories. If that’s all you consumed, it wouldn’t be a high calorie diet. If you drank that AND you ate 2000 more calories in solid food, that would be a high calorie diet.

Context matters.
