Diet While on Test E Cruise?

Hey there! Another question from a first-time cruiser. Again, I’m 5’7”, 175-180 lbs, 10-12 bfp, and I just finished my Test E-Tren E-Winny cycle, which I did on a caloric surplus/bulking diet. My long-term plan is to keep bulk for most of the year and do a short-term cut. I’m about to start my cruise with a low-dose Test E shot and wondering if I should stay on the same diet plan (bulk) while on cruise or I should reduce my calories/carbs a bit?

Thanks in advance!

Depends… were you still gaining weight at the end of your cycle? If no, maintain, if yes, lower a bit.

I think best practice is to try to maintain weight after cycle for a while before cutting. The body needs some time to get used to the new set point. It seems like it is easier to maintain mass that has been there for a while.

Basically try to eat at maintenance for a bit is what I’d do.

The longer you keep muscle the harder it is to lose muscle. You will have a new set point for muscle as @mnben87 said.

IMO, establish a diet to maintain your body weight. The question now is how long do you intend to cruise before the next blast?

With your body fat between 10-12% you don’t need to cut. If you wanted to get near contest shape it is best done in the blast.

A pic would be helpful as to whether I would recommend losing fat. My off season body fat stayed around 10 to 12%. And I would only cut further on a cycle.
