Right now I’m on the Get shredded diet ( The Get Shredded Diet ) with 5/3/1 for lifting. I’ve been experiencing difficulty falling asleep and getting up in the morning. Supplement wise, I use a Greens/multi vitamin and Zma and glycine pre-bed.
So, should I
- Decrease training volume and intensity (perhaps only get the prescribed reps?)
- Do the cheat day earlier?
- Incorporate sleep supplements like passionflower?
