Diet and Sleep Quality?

Right now I’m on the Get shredded diet ( The Get Shredded Diet ) with 5/3/1 for lifting. I’ve been experiencing difficulty falling asleep and getting up in the morning. Supplement wise, I use a Greens/multi vitamin and Zma and glycine pre-bed.

So, should I

  1. Decrease training volume and intensity (perhaps only get the prescribed reps?)
  2. Do the cheat day earlier?
  3. Incorporate sleep supplements like passionflower?
  1. Eat some carbs before bed
  2. Dont workout too close to bedtime
