Did My HCG Go Bad?

I have been on TRT (150mg/wk) and HCG for the past 3 years. my levels were around 1200-1300 fairly regulary. Recently libido has disappeared (which was never a problem since on test).

Literally, it was like old boy is lifeless but nothing at all had changed.

I got bloodwork done and all came back healthy except:

Hemoglobin slightly high (17.8)
Creatinine slightly high (1.33)
LDL Chol Calc high (103)

but my Bilirubin is high (1.5) and my Leutenizing hormone is very low (<0.3)

My test levels are 838 and free t is 23.7

I’m wondering if my HCG is bad. It says 30-day life once open and refrigerated which I normally don’t use it all within a month.

Just looking for opinions. I know I have to consult a Dr. I’m waiting for Defy to get their act together and book a consult.

Studies have shown it’s good for 90 days, but to be on the safe side I’d use it in 60.

I’m under the impression that even the unconstituted vial needs to be refridgerated or it loses potency.

If true, wouldn’t the stuff you purchase overseas become bad as it travels weeks unrefriderated?

I’ve heard from pharmacists that the shelf life is three years and storing (unconstituted) at room temperature is fine.

It’s going to be, cos you’re on TRT and HCG. I don’t know that I’d pin this down to an HCG issues, that’s good for 60 days according to my vial.

You said all other labs were fine … did they check everything? Prolactin?

So you came down on TT, and your dick quick working? The only thing is that you’re fluctuating due to less T circulating, but this can be expected when in flux. HCG should be refrigerated, and never shaken. If it tips over in the refrigerator it should be fine but if you store it in a refrigerator door, expect the fragile molecules to breakdown with every door opening and closing. So yes, your HCG may have lost its mojo. Easiest answer is to stop using the HCG, and start another vial. Or up your T dose and wait for the new vial to arrive. BTW how old are you? Have you ever had ED?
