Did I Get Scammed?

I bought a cap from this website (www.capitate.co.uk) on 18th January, they looked like a reputable company with the Internet Archive having a page from 2004. Ten days later I sent them an email and they replied saying that they had sent the cap and should arrive in the next few days. It still hasn’t. I’ve sent them 2 more emails in the following days none of which I have received any answer. Any help guys?

No, I asked them about it in one of the unanswered emails

if you charged by credit card, call the company and dispute the charge. Tell them you ordered something on line and think you got scammed and they’ll more than likely take the charges off.

I actually paid by PayPal which I’ve heard is pretty good getting money back. I’ll send them an ultimatum today and if I don’t get an answer by tomorrow I’ll contact PayPal. I think I’ll buy my cap from the official New Era Website.

Gonna need some help from you guys. They didn’t answer my email. I paid using PayPal but I didn’t make an account, I went to the PP resolution centre but I needed an account to make a complaint. What should I do?

Wow…paypal prob froze their accoutn now and wont be able to do business. That is why good business practices and customer service go a long way.
