Any CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is welcome, ty guys.

K heres that front one for ya
You look good, dude. That doesn’t mean that you should be starting AAS right now. In fact, I’d wager that if you look like you do, you have plenty of endogenous testosterone coursing through your veins right now. 2thepain made a great post in another thread just now about starting too early, and he is a very accomplished lifter. I would definitely suggest you read it.
However, if you are gonna be hardheaded, at least stick around here and do things right and keep us posted. You seem like you have a good attitude.
Here’s the post I was referring to:

I started too early. I ran my first at 21 and just over 200lbs. I still wish that I had waited AT LEAST 2-3 more years and added as much weight as possible naturally.
Why do you wish this, 2thepain? Honest question. I wholly agree with what you are saying, I’d just like to know what it is you feel, to this day, that would be different had you not started at the point that you did.
There are several reasons. The first being my previous lack of knowledge before going into my first cycle of sust and anadrol. This was long before I discovered T-Nation and was going only off the “bro” knowledge available at my local gym. I gained a good amount of strength and size off that first cycle but wasn’t able to maintain much of it due to the fact that I was given only proviron as my PCT. I didn’t know any better, my guess is that the guy didn’t have any nolv or clomid so he just gave me this and told me it would work. My first two cycle were like this and I wasted time and money in the process.
My second reason is that when I started I was about 200 lbs and had a 300 lbs bench. I thought I was doing good and at a level that would benefit from AAS use. All the “bros” at the gym told me I had a good enough base to start from and that now was the time to start. Looking back at my training and diet, I still had room to improve and yet I was still making constant gains. I honestly think that if I had kept training naturally for a few more years I could have gotten to at least 220 without AAS and with strength to match. In those years if I had plans on using AAS I would be able to do the proper amount of research and make the most of all of my cycles.
So to sum it up I think that if I had waited a little while longer and avoided all the “bro knowledge” that was surrounding me I could be at a much higher level then I am right now. I was young, dumb and impatient, something I see everyday in the newbies here. But I can’t change the past so I just try to make intelligent plans for my future.
yah, I kinda have to be hardheaded at this point since I’m already a full 2 weeks in, so Im just gonna stick with it. I understand what 2thepain was saying, but mainly it seems that his only regret is his lack of research. I realize in this thread I was unaware of how long it would take test e to show results, but that is not a make or break point.
Ive been doin research on this for about a year, actually planned on doin a dbol only cycle and then I learned better, and I planned accordingly. Ive got all my cycle notes and PCT planned out in a journal so I should be fine, but yah Il def keep you guys posted.
I just started week 6 of my first cycle. I started off at 500mg a week but after week 4 with no results i upped it to a little over 600mg a week. i haven’t seen any results at of yet. Debating if i got fake stuff.

Dude in fairness if you were knowledgeable about steroids then you should know that test e takes a long time to kick in. I am actually at week 5 doing the exact same cycle as you. I didn’t notice fuck all really for at least 3 or 4 weeks in. As for the first few weeks all your gonna feel is pains from the test and might even develop test flue.
Test-flu schmest-flu! Where do this myths come from?
I dunno Diana. I got a prickly, sensitive sort of flu like creep for a day, five days in on my first cycle. It went away after a day. If it never comes up again, I’ll take that. I never heard of test flu before, so it wasn’t psychosomatic.
