Can anyone explain this one to me? Because libido does go up. I’ve tried every frequency and I’ve tried suppressing estradiol or letting it be. Unless I inject lower dose TRT my dick is a wet noodle. Blood work is fine in the sense only levels of T and E2 changes. I do also get dribble semen and some urinary retention in where I need to pee more times in smaller increments, also balls ache.
Post it. What did you test for?
Some men don’t handle higher androgens well period.
Why not stick with a lower dose if that works?

Besides sharing your bloodwork why don’t you also share your protocol? You say you’ve tried a bunch of different strategies, timeline them for us?
Everything was given months to settle.
Blood work has been as high as 1000k TT and E2 in the 40s at trough. To as low as 750-850 TT with E2 in the low 20s.
There is much more to bloodwork than test, freeT and estrogen.
If you don’t wanna share then there really is no way to help you.

Ok then don’t help. It’s not enough that I tell you it’s fine??? It’s years of this I am not about to go look and dig up a random blood work. Listen to me “blood work is all fine!” Nothing low, nothing high, nothing out of the ordinary. Why is it people just want to over complicate things in here and stress it? Why?
The only changes are TT and E2.
It really is that damn simple what I am saying, higher dose (higher TT and E2) dick doesn’t work, lower dose (lower TT and E2) dick is better.
That’s it!!!

Well you figured that out already. It doesn’t. Pick a priority. Higher dose for those sweet sweet gainz and lower dose for your dick. Prioritize
What’s your dose?
Are you testing for prolactin? Cause that’s not a normal test they run but when its high, your dick wont work.
