Dianabol

I am 17 years old and have been lifting seriously for about 2 years now. I weigh 107 pounds and bench 210. I have hit a plateau at 210 and am looking to get out of it. I was on a website the other day,
www.zoelabsordering.com/index and they are selling Dianabol, a weaker, legal version of the illegal steroid, and they say it has no side effects and good gains. does anyone know anything about this product or have any advice for me? I already eat tons of food but have the hardest time gaining weight. Thanks guys.

Complete and utter bullshit. At your age and level of knowledge regarding the process of muscle gains you have no business messing with fake or real androgens. Use the articles on this site to learn more on how to use nutrition to get you where you want to go. Believe me you can start seeing gains roll in again if you manipulate your training and diet. Don’t waste your money check out Vroom’s beginners thread.

D

Advice? Keep it up and forget about steroids.

LOL this is a troll for sure. How can a boy at 17 be 107 lbs.

thats RIDICULOUS. are you as tall as Verne Troyer?

don’t fuck with your Test, idiot.

If you plan on not listening to us, well, waste your money on fake roids, and if you manage to get your hands on real injectables.

atleast darwin’s theory will once again demonstrate itself.

Well, Verne Troyer is a borderline alcoholic and probably weighs even more than me from all of it

If you’re 107lbs and benching 210lbs, you’re doing great already. Don’t mess around with drugs, or even most supplements.

You should make eating quality solid food your passion. If you get your weight up, your numbers will rise as well.

P.S. If you’re serious and show that you’re doing your homework, I’m sure the guys on here would be more than happy to help you make progress.

“Tons of food” means nothing. What do you actually eat?

Steroids aren’t for you yet. Neither are the crap knockoffs that don’t work.

“tons of food” is meat and potatoes every day, about my bodyweight in protein, about 200 carbs, 4-5 fruits and veggies, breads, rice, occasional sweets

(107p + 200c)x 4 = 1228 calories

we will add in a couple hundred calories from fat and get a grand total of 1500 calories. That sounds about right for someone who weighs 107 lbs. START EATING ALOT MORE!

I was in your almost exact situation when I was 16. Started lifting weights and saw some results (got up to 112 from 103) but eventually quit because I wasnt improving. Then in college I learned that nutrition is at least as important as training. I’m still gaining weight as we speak

3 things:

1)you should check out CT’s article- 8 weeks to a record bench.

  1. don’t waste your money, at your age your test levels are already high.

  2. as the other people said: eat more.

LOL

Fake steroids aren’t for plateau busting. If you aren’t a troll and can’t get your bench past 210 pounds (got a pic of yourself benching?), look into the Westside system.

There are all kinds of ways to bust through to the next level if you really want to and aren’t looking for a way to justify blowing cash on fake shit. Look into how and why you’d use bands, chains, speed work, board presses. Are you a powerlifter? If not, why do you care what your bench is? To impress your buddies? Fuck that. Shake it up and do DB work, plyo pushups, cable work, etc.

I am a powerlifter and would like to make at least top 5 at states this year which is why i need to get out of this rut. It’s really hard to eat a lot when i am in school for 6 and a half hoursw but now i think i’m just going to get some cytogain protein and start taking multivitamins or something and see where it takes me.

Eat a lot even if it means carrying an insulated cooler (the foam kind) in your bag for school. How bad do you want this? Buy some Westside training manuals. Train with folks stronger than you are. Repeat. Watch the bench plateau melt away.

Protein powder, multivitamins, and fake steroids are NOT the answer for you. Hard training, big eating, and some intelligent changes to your lifting WILL do it.

That is far from “tons of food” … My 115lb. Mom eats more than you. Better double it.
