Dialing in 7 Months TRT

Hey,
I need some help dialing in my doses and frequency. I’ll do my best too bring you up too speed.

Age: 25
Weight: 230
Height: 6’4

Since I was 18 I’ve browsed this forum learning about trt and seeing it was right for me. Wasn’t too inclined about needles however it wasn’t till about a year ago were I’d have issue during sex, going soft or taking forever to ejaculate.

January of 2020 told my gp got a referral to a urologist and off I went, at first he had me try clomid, months later hcg and clomid. Might’ve helped a little bit but nothing substantial, my sexual endeavors with my girlfriend really became hit or miss. She’d cum and it would take me forever or I’d go soft.

Fast forward too august, got new bloods because I kept complaining nothing is really working and my TT was on the lower end.The doctor asked me what I wanted. So I told him trt.

Wrote me a script and the protocol was 200mg a week split. About a month or two in everything seem too have gotten better, unfortunately I prolly took arimidex a handful of times, on a very low dose just too see and experiment(wish I didn’t). Still a little hit or miss with the girlfriend and I came to the conclusion it’s me having too high or e2 or if I did try and adex that I maybe be low or xyz. Learned my lesson, I do not want an ai.

Got my bloods back in October, however my supply ran out and i couldn’t get another script until the doctor saw the tests. My blood test that transpired was prolly a week give or take after my last injection. Which I think gave me and my doctor who said yeah everything looks good to me…

Fast forward too early December, I emailed my doctor I think I’m having e2 problems, but I don’t want to take an ai. He suggested lowering the dose. So right now I’m running about 50-60 mg e3.5 days no AI. Pretty healthy guy whose been lifting for awhile. I was an overweight teenager about 286lb.

I need help with my bloods that I recently got in February. I want too see if you have any suggestions too my protocol as in more frequent injections or adjusting dose?

Bloods and ranges of most recent:

This is how it was posted on the lab report
|Estradiol|46|pg/mL|Final
|ESTRADIOL Reference Range (male):
Prepubertal: <12 pg/mL
Adult: <41 pg/mL|

How long have you been on this? Only thing in your labs that looks really low is your FT. You could up your test to 140mg per week, still split, and test again in 8 weeks.

Probably around January 1st 2021. Can I just bump up the dose on the next injection?

Maybe talk to doc first, but yes, just start with new dose

Takes a full year to feel healed. Take your Test and give it lots of time to unfuck what is wrong. At your age, I would most certainly bump up to feel symptom resolution but increments happen in 3-6 month intervals. At your age impatience is a built in feature so try to override it. You will be fine.

Bumping my post too share my experience and thus ask for some help.

This issue I’m having really seems to have a correlation with my injections and I cannot pin point what and why it’s happening. I have days where i feel f’ing amazing have tons of energy, literally anything trt says I have. But it seems like I’ll go a couple days or weeks on the other side of the fence.

Dick just feels like appendage, soft erecting, vascularity throughout my body seems gone. Man as I’m writing this it seems like higher e2. In my case I’ve never liked ai’s but controlling what i think is an e2 spike is getting hard.

I feel like I’ve been injection e3.5d usually Monday and Thursday. However I’ve notice it’ll be a good e4d. Anyone have any suggestions on maybe supplements and or other oral gear to help?

At this point my Dr. want to know the long term goal. And he’s asked do I really want to be on this for the rest of my life…overall my main issue has been reaching an orgasm with my now fiancé and it’s better but still on and off.

Tl;dr
Is my dosage of 60-70mg e3.5/e4 days working? Should I try another compound other than an ai to help? Or have any other suggestions.

Thank you

Doesn’t sound like it, overall. Any recent lab work?
