DHEA and Pregnenolone Supplements

I have started taking 25 mg DHEA (tablet) and 15 mg Pregnenolone cream every morning.

  1. How many days should I wait to get my levels checked for DHEA, Cortisol, and Progesterone?
  2. Should I test in the morning before taking both supplements or after taking them?

I’ll be following along, I just ordered DHEA and PREG yesterday, Both transdermal.

Wait at least a month, since various hormones affected by DHEA and pregnenolone (like cortisol and sex hormones) will see-saw for a while before stabilizing.
