Notes: Well this wasn’t very fun. I ran this program a while back when it first came out but used front squats instead of back squats. I see now why back squats are recommended and I also can see that I have not truly pushed myself with back squats in the passed. The last set took some work to get through. Though bar speed was pretty good overall so I think I have the correct training max.

Notes: I am glad I saved the 20 rep squat for last. I didn’t do this the last time I ran I did it right after the other squats and it didn’t nearly suck as much. I also was going to do power cleans instead of shrugs but I see why this is not possible. Shrugs was just enough suck.
