Hannity does that kinda stuff all the time.
I would never contend that constitutional language was being spontaneously contrived to support their bill. No, these are not stoopit people. My contention was that in the case of Conyers in this exchange he displayed a lack of ongoing intimacy with the constitution. I’m sure he’s read it more times in his life and maybe even more studiously than most in these forums. However, it sure seems like it’s been years since and it hasn’t been high in his mind for ages.
