Demigod before 35 (Aldebaran)

Not that I’m encouraging it, but I feel like you could be like those Insta fit chicks whose accounts iare almost entirely aesthetically pleasing food photos with optimized lighting, background, tableware, etc

Not yet, aiming to get more visibility/audience later by publishing them on my website (not done yet, but looking amazing so far) with Insta pics, providing free content etc

Because I don’t know what the future will be, if gyms will be open and I’ll work there, if I’ll be able to get into S & C so I better cover the more audience, network and spectrum as possible for possible online/1 on 1 coaching

Also you probably wouldn’t learn that much more than from T-nation appart if you’re really geeky about sports. First thing I wrote was about post-activation potentiation and I was quite delving into exercise physiology. But I realized most of the people I’ll work with are probably total noobs, so I’ll be focusing on broad-audience stuff, nothing crazy.

Thanks… I put these in my stories but yeah people usually go crazy about them and ask me about recipes so that’ll be easy articles to write :stuck_out_tongue:

Gotcha. Setting up your own space on the web in the meantime can be fulfilling!

Yeah I mean especially in my country, where the vast majority of people are completely oblivious

I’m not sure widespread obliviousness is exclusive to only some countries

A. Snatch-grip High Pull + Snatch + Overhead Squat 4 x 2 + 2 + 2 with 55 kgs

B. Front Squat 3 x 3 + 2 + 1 with 95 + 100 +105 kgs

C. Snatch “Transition” 4 x 3 with 30 kgs

D. WOD

3 Rounds for Time

200m Run
10m Sled Push 100 kgs
20 Sandbag Squat 50 kgs
10 Devil Press 22,5 kgs DBs
20 Toes to Bar

New week, feeling fresh! Drank a bit on saturday. tried to stay reasonable but never drinking anymore + dieting down + not having eaten enough + tiredness from work + being 30 and woooof the next day was hard.

Nice little session again at the CrossFit box with my girl mate. Used a tiny bit lighter weights. Correcting technique and all it felt great.

The WOD was horrible though. Very tough on the cardio. My teacher was laying down wanting to barf for 10 mins afterwards

01/03 - Day 10 - Upper Body

A. Incline Bench 1 x 94, 2 x 84

B1. Dumbbell Bench 4 x 8 with 34 kgs DBs

B2. Barbell Row 4 x 8 with 90-80 kgs

B3. Kettlebell Pull-through

C1. Seated Dumbbell Press 4 x 8 with 26 kgs

C2. Lats Pull-down 4 x 8 with 75 kgs

C3. Band Crunches 4 x 10

D. Supinated Band Triceps Extension 1 x 100

Second session, barely had like 20 min to rest at home before going again… This was tough man!

I very rarely do incline, I don’t like it on the bench, this time I was going full ROM. At 90 I was already feeling my left arm/shoulder not liking it much. I find it quite hard to stay braced on this exercise.

The rest was quite nice, perhaps a little bit too heavy on rows and DB Presses. The WOD really sucked my soul, I had not much juice left but I still squeezed it out.

The combo of Rows + Pull-through was a total core destruction lol

2 weeks back in, my veins are popping on my back

So this is how you play with balls over there :point_right:. I may try this, I’m always looking for new things to sub for cardio.

Yeah it’s a nice breeze of fresh air. Right now studies are suspended for another 4 weeks so I’m only working at McDonald’s on the weekend ( which is such a relief), on monday I train with a super hot elite level weightlifter, then I go to the gym (started back two weeks ago). Dieting down and it’s not this hard this time around. I have time to rest and relax… The rest of my days is writing articles, programs or playing video games and sleepiiiiing

02/03 - Morning session

WOD

5 rounds for time

300 m Run
20 Deadlifts with 50 kgs
15 Pull-ups

Finished in 14’49

Then handstand work

Then a circuit including deficit push-ups, KB rows, Face-pulls and L-Sits

Went again to the box because some mates I had not seen ina while were there. Oh boy. Was already quite tired from the monday double session. The WOD was tougher than it looked, we were only 3 to finish it (timecap was 15’) and really sucked my would out of me lol. I like the fact that I stayed consistent and all rounds lasted around 3 minutes

Boy this whole session was super hard, I was fried and out of juice. Next week i’ll only do monday (and not drink…) I really don’t know how people manage double sessions lol even with PEDs they must be freaks

02/03 - Afternoon session

A. Rack pull 1 x 220 kgs, 3 x 180

B. Hack Squat 3 x 8 with 80 kgs

C. Walking Lunges 3 x 20 with the 22 kgs DBs

D. Good Morning 3 x 8 with 60 kgs

Went home and directly crashed into my bed for a quick nap before heading there. I knew these 3 previous sessions had taxed me a lot, especially the WOD just before this (75 pull-ups) I feared my back and bracing wouldn’t be up to bar.

During the ramping up I was feeling quite nice though actually! 200 felt super easy so I tried 220, but I should have tried 210 beforehand. I wasn’t patient enough during the lift, and reallized it was super hard so I broke my bracing and pulled like an idiot animal, back rounded. I could have hurt myself. So this is the limit. No more twice a day lolz… The 180 were “really easy” though

The rest of the session was light because I was so beat up. The hack squat feels so greaaaat I love this machine! Feet close and maximal ROM ugh this is great. The lunges were burning enough like this with the 22, so much that my mate actually did fewer reps than me ahah

Today “rest day”. Whole body so sore, especially my hammies, glutes and my lower back muscles obviously.

Hike in the mountains with two friends

So that’s 15 kms, 4 hours and 1300 cals without taking into the consideration the 600m elevation gain so that was more 2000 calories lol one of my friend (who’s a coach as well) was almost breathless ahahah

We did a little WOD at the top, this one is for you @Koestrizer :

20 Rock press
10 Burpees
20 Rock Squat
10 Burpees
20 Rock RDL
10 Burpees
20 Rock Rows
10 Burpees

My rock was heavy as hell, around 40 kilos I’d say. It was so cumbersome and edgy, requiring way more balance, so the 40 felt like 55 lool

Weight loss is continuing. Feeling a little small but this always happen when we lose fat… I have to keep going and in 4-5 weeks I’ll be DICED! I weighted myself yesterday (or the day before) and I was still 87 kilos though! Granted it was the evening but ughhh…I feel and look way leaner though! So maybe it’s getting back to the gym that got me more water muscle and glycogen storage

I love how you go hillwalking and take a photo with your top off at the top :joy:

Thanking the goon light

Was like on it for a week and promptly uninstalled, not my thing! It’s march, so I’ve been single and “no action” for a year now looool. Still on the same girl since 3 months, tonight I’ll finally have my answers. Girls have been messaging me a lot lately but I’m still thinking about “the one”, or very oblivious

Weighing myself this morning and I’m at 85 on the dot, while being as lean or almost as two years ago, so that’s nice, means I gained 3-5 kgs of muscles since. I’m thinking going down to like 82 will be far enough on the leanness scale, in any case I won’t go under 80 and I really think I won’t have to

You must be half machine - amazing.
