Demigod before 35 (Aldebaran)

Sorry to hear about the break up.

Can’t really blame her for being distant and such from what you wrote about her mother’s passing.

If money is an issue in such a young relationship, it’s not you or the money issue that’s to blame but the relationship. Fixing money issues for your sake is obviously good but doing it to fulfill someone’s expectations is horrible advice imo. If you build a life together with joint finances it becomes an important topic. If you’re a fresh young couple it shouldn’t be an issue whatsoever.

I always found them suck. Like my legs. They’re almost 16’’ which is almost as big as my arms but since I’m 6’1 with long legs they look sucky to me. excepted for yesterday when sitting in the couch for some reason.

Yeah i agree but I still some money, my place etc. And there’s nothing else but myself to blame. Well more customers and money are coming along. I know these things take time. I haven’t been working as much lately.

I have a devised a plan for when I come back from Greece in a couple of weeks. Lots of content, provide useful things, and grow.

Look for Trainerize app. I had a coach who used this one and it was a really cool experience. (It also combine all the other app possible, MyFitnessPal, Health Mate, Santé,…).

I have been absent these last few days have been quite hectic.

My grandpa has a house in Greece. I’ve spent a good chunk of my childhood there, but it’s been 12 years since last time. I’m so excited.

Not going to spoil it too much then :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

But after Greece I don’t think I will continue it. I will most likely do something with less volume because I want to cut more and be like shredded like last summer. So lest sets but higher intensities.

I feel confident in my squat. I like the leg sessions. But I switched out the leg curls for sled drags/pushes for my old knees

Ooooh thanks i’ll definitely check that out

I’ll see how the volume goes in my later stages of my cut, hopefully won’t kill me!

Quick creeping death question if you don’t mind. I’m struggling to get the weight right on a few exercises with more sets.

So pause squats today was 5 sets of 6 reps with 8 RPE. Do you use the same weight for all the sets or reduce weight?

Because how can a weight on set 1 be 8 RPE and also set 5 be 8 RPE without reducing the weight? Today i got it wrong and probably was like 6RPE on set 1 and about 8 RPE on set 5.

It’s more a guideline to help you find the weight. He also states 60% first week if I recall. It’s okay! I’d rather have you starting lower. The weight will increase over the following weeks.

I use the same weight on all sets. Here it’s more about technique, you have to remain clean with perfect form. Starting week 4 you’ll be able to pyramid the weight up

Tough coming back to the gym! Especially my forearms/grip: they were on fire today!

I switched the rack pulls for regular deads for I had not done these in a while. Also I forgot my bag with my belt, straps etc (hence why I switched the meadows rows as well)

But good session. Gonna be better next week

What’s up mate, falling out of the loop with logging again here?

Yeah… Been a hectic couple of weeks. Lots of work writing for Brea**** Mu*** and a couple of ebooks for an influencer friend. So don’t have the desire to spend even more time on the computer to log a Meadows program ahah, especially when I’ve been skipping sessions.

Got back with the gf… fiery passion. Spent all of the little money I had left to go to Croatia with her then she dumps me. Cond and distant, it hurts. But I knew she wasn’t for me and it was too complicated. I was just a band aid while she was texting and making plans with her ex under my eyes. Love lakes us stupid.

Anyway I don’t feel like I deserve much. I have wasted too many years of my life already and I want things to change.

Been burying myself in work. I can ignore the pain this way. And it will actually help me reach my goals and have my place. I need things to change.

Way more work coming so I’m glad. I’ll be able to really bury myself in it.

Lost more weight, now at 86,5 kilos. Started creatine again. Left knee is feeling good these days!

I think I’ll log back when I’ll do a program not written by someone else and that costs money. Here are some pics from Croatia

Next time post your plans when you plan stuff like that. Maybe we could have told you, you’re making an idiot move.

Nah just trying to make light of the situation mate. That sucks and I am sorry for that you have to go through this! I hope you heal and find what you are looking for and what you deserve!
At least you’re still handsome and Croatia looks nice as well. I love the motivation and am looking forward to what you’re going to produce.

It’s ok mate and I thank you, I knew the risk and that it was crazy ahah.

Anyway, I really want to improve and achieve my goals. Time and time again, I have seen than doing this kind of things don’t work.

I have more work opportunities, let’s exploit them and go up!

Glad to read this.

Finished Colossus, this week I was very busy still, but I started Project X. (lol no, PROGRAM X ugh I’m such a party head)

After a year of Super high intensity stuff, going to something with more volume and sets doesn’t feel as bad as I thought it would be. Loving the first week. Trying to keep a little in reserve. I think I’ll progress nicely strength-wise.

01/08 - Push

A/ Banded Chest Press
4 x 8 with 90 kgs

C/ Reverse-Band Football Bar Bench Press
5 x 5 with 100 kgs

D/ Reverse-Band JM Press
5 x 8 with ~70 kgs

E/ Rope Pushdown
5 x 10

Some catching up for last week

03/08 - Legs

A/ Speed Box Squat
8 x 3 with 90 kgs

B/ Banded Leg Press
3 x 8 with 4 plates and bands

C/ Leg Extension
3 x 10 (2s pause at top) with 60?

D/ Leg Curl
20 x 30kgs
15 x 35kgs
12 x 40kgs
9 x 45kgs

Leg curl was taken so I did it last.

E/ Calves on Leg Press + Shin Raises
4 x 10 with 110 kgs

Starting things easy on the leg day. I don’t mind it, for leg day wasn’t my forte these last few months.

Also, had a 30 kilometers hike in the mountains under a scorching sun the day before, so I really did not mind the easy session lol. Never walked so much ahahah

Still cutting, slowly, while trying to enjoy summer: a delicate thing !

What’s the end goal leaness wise?

Also meadows row at 3 and a half plates? What weight plates!!!

Yeah sorry 10 kgs plates :joy:

I would be Coleman otherwise

Nothing in terms of weight, but as ripped as last summer, so I’m guessing 2-3 kgs more (right now leaner than in the last pic posted, but this week-end I was at a festival, which slowed down things).
