i am taking 2gram+ protein per day for 1 kg body mass which is the most important part, plus i am on plus calories
5 days of week i worked my ass off, even on cycle i was sore almost everyday
so what you are saying is total non-sense
i have fully utilized the full cycle and yes it is not magical. it improves but i have learned how much difference it makes and how much you can hope for
i have increased my bench press from 75kg to 90kg (3 sets 12 reps regular workout not max rep) but as i said it is not magical. i was hoping for much more energy , strength and endurance due to people like you giving exaggerated false information on the internet
so as for the thread owner, don’t believe the everyshit you see here.
In all honesty, no, protein isnt the most important nutrient on cycle, its carbs.
You may just have subpar genetics hence why you’ve not gained much muscle.

well i have taken enough carbs as well and yes i also believe my genetics are subpar for muscle building i am agree with that. but definitely you don’t get monstrous superiority on cycle as advertised on the internet. at least for 500mg sustanon per week.
however am i satisfied with the results and the cycle? well if after PCT i recover properly, certainly i am

Odd most people report amazing gains, energy, endurance, strength. If not all 4 atleast usually 3 of the 4.

But that’s YOUR experience it is far from facts about testosterone cycle. Most people on here report amazing results with simple testosterone only.

I think it’s best you do a little more research ok cycling. There is tons of info that will answer all your questions and answer the ones you don’t have but should.
