Cool. So maybe I’ll start with .25mg Arimidex per day and up it if needed? How will I know if I need more other than by growing man-boob’s? Would I base a raise in my Arimidex dose by bloat, well-being, sides? I am definately feeling better (more comfortable) the more I am learning. Thanks for bearing with me.
Opinions would but I only go with .25mg of adex if I’m at or over 1G a week of Test. A-dex really has diminishing returns .25mg is about 80% as effective as a full mg
i love to see people learing and benefiting from this sight, guys would be screwed and limp (oxymoron?) if guys on this site werent so damn beneficial.

I doubt you will need more then .25, from what I understand more than that doesn’t help or hurt, just wasted adex. But in my own experience I waited to take anything to see if I was even predisposed to gyno (some people aren’t) when I felt the first symptoms I just started the AI at that point, the nips felt “weird” not sore, puffy or anything, but just “weird”, especially in the shower. I didn’t wait till I had man-boob’s lol
It is not uncommon for a deca user to have sexual dysfunction for 6 months or more! What a lot of these guys are telling you is no joke. I haven’t used in a long time but if I did I would not ever use deca again. You can get as good or better results with drugs that won’t shut you down so badly. Plus test is usually cheaper. I really don’t understand why you are stuck on deca.

Very much better. I think the Adex is over kill, especially at .5mg ED and at the dosages you’re using with the Test and Deca. I concur with only needing the Nolvadex.[/quote]
Some are sensitive to clomid even at 100 mg/D and develop visual problems. You might consider dropping to 50 mg/D for the last 2 weeks.
