I’ve done this as a 10 min EMOM before and it’s tough but manageable.
Maybe next week I’ll see if I can pull it out again for my deepwater Deads

Considering 225 is around 70% 1RM for me, I’ll stick with EMOMs like a lil bitch

I do this for squatting, now I gotta do this for Deads too? challenge accepted lol

Not as heavy but I did 80kgs for 200 reps in 15 min in Crossfit I don’t want to try this

This is why I like KG. 100kg for 100 reps sounds much nicer.

After i get back from Boston this weekend, I might try this on my deadlift day for shits and giggles. Provided I dont catch the Corona and this nagging lat pull goes away. Looks daunting, but fun.

At the time I was around 85 kgs. It was by team of two, first part of the WOD was 300 reps at 80 kgs, but I did way more than my partner.

Honestly wasn’t that sore afterwards. Worse I think was when we had to do Front lunges with 60kgs, my ass never felt so sore

Yeah I was doing sets of ten, little rest, rince repeat. I think indeed it’s faster and easier than killing yourself on a 40 reps set

Okay didn’t EMOM it, but broke it up into loads of little sets

Reps:

(7-6-6) x 2
(7-6-3-3) x 1
(3-2) x 3
2-2-2-4

That was awful but I’m glad I gave it a shot

Can’t wait to see the vid. A female friend was shocked that guys watch videos of other guys working out. I’m like yeah, all the time.

My lower back hurt for two days. Then my hamstrings were tender AF. I’ll be fine tomorrow.

Fuck me, with the angle, poor posture, etc, I really look like I don’t lift. Maybe it’s time I consider some vitamin T :cry:
Or it’s just the fat loss void phase when you feel like shit, but still have fat and no definition.

At the 60th rep my ass started to burn. At the 80th my cardio. Today my back is really sore as well as my glutes

My right arm took some serious burning from the friction with the sleeves. The left, not so much. Then I remembered, the spot in which I deadlifted cause the gym was a bit crowded is not level ughhh
