Interesting. To be honest, I haven’t been there in a while and when my buddies told me it changed to ONE Health Club, the name itself put me off. I haven’t actually been inside. But if a fellow T-Nationer recommends it, then I will give it a look. Has the equipment been upgraded since the Revolution days?

They completely gutted Revolution and updated all the equipment. Most of it is pretty good. Aside from the stuff I already mentioned, they have a glute-ham raise, a reverse-hyper machine, a bunch of different bars, several chin-up stations, etc. The only thing I’m not a fan of are their adjustable benches (for dumbell presses, etc)…the seatpad and the backrest are way too cushy and they flare out at weird angles.

Keep in mind that this is very much a “health-club” and not hardcore in any way. If you’re used to chalk, smelling salts and rusty bars, this is not the place for you. You’ll see more Oakville trophy wives in there than hardcore lifters. Honestly though it meets my needs just fine.

Some good weight on there, but…fuck

Much appreciated. Perhaps we’ll run into each other in the summer.

Yeah, I think that bar position is technically illegal. Don’t most feds specify it has to touch your delts or something.

That’s only one part of his bad form!

It’s amazing his vertebrae didn’t shatter.
