coincidentally, last night at the gym i tried to db snatch a 120lb dumbbell (at the end of my workout, no working up) and i think i may have dislocated my shoulder for a brief moment. shit hurts

make sure you use an olympic dumbell or barbell, so the collars spin and dont fuck you up
