She can always blame her metabolism.

Only thing about this picture is the person taking it is in line in front of her.

If he can turn around in his seat, chances are he is in better shape than she is.

Godamn! I do give that green shirt deadlift guy a little respect for sticking with it. Red shirt dead lift guy - WTF? I try not stare at idiots in the gym because I used to be one of them. But I would just stop what I was doing and full on glare at that shit. Total WTF look on my face too.

i like that cross fit is functional

The “potato masher” sledge hammering technique will make my community volunteering so much easier

so…did the dude in red never actually pull it?

He’s still warming up.

Really sad that they put one of my favourite athlete in the mix of that hilarious clip. The guy front squatting up & down with facial expression is 2009 Crossfit games champ, firefighter Mikko Salo. Here’s his stats from 2010. I think his pretty able by any means. 5 K run time with those lifts is pretty rare.

Age 32
Height 5’ 8"
Weight 175
Hometown Pori, Finland
Max Clean & Jerk 297
Max Snatch 220
Max Deadlift 539
Max Back Squat 418
Max Pullups 67
5K run time 17:34

I’m not crossfit fan, only Mikko Salo fan.

I watched the crossfit games and finalists are pretty impressive. None of the monkey flopping you routinely see in videos was present, just prowler pushes, overhead squats and handstand pushups.
