I know Madden is getting sued right now. And the lockout in the NFL is also focusing on the anti-trust laws. I think the only reason that the NFL deserves it (and I am saying this as a huge fan of football) is that they are going crazy with trademarks. You can’t even say “Super Bowl” over the radio unless you buy rights from the NFL.
