Just a further note,
Looks like my wife will not be making the trip – so I’m looking for a room mate. Would prefer to split with just one other person – I’m a few years out of the dorm/frat house :). However, if a couple would like a “sane” roomie, I’d give up the king bed.
I’m most likely going to book the room myself within the next couple days. If someone wants to join me, they can pay me cash in person.
BTW, I’m staying Friday and Saturday night. Most likely, I’ll be an easy push over for a few drinks and a few bucks – if there are people left out in the cold … or too drunk to go home (yes, refering back to the frat house comment, I’m a professional alcoholic tender 
).
Payment schedule will be very simple: your part = room cost / number of people spending the night.
