“We” didn’t recognize shit. Tragically, he was allowed to act on his psychosis and expose himself. And “we” didn’t deal with him, the U.S. Government did.

This government doesn’t represent me.

Aren’t you the one who says that white people need to pay for the sins of whites in the past, because being white means you are responsible for all white people at any given time of the history of white people? Shouldn’t you be rejoicing that he killed some white people, since they were paying for sins of the past?

Fuck you, I have the warrior gene and I’m not killing anybody with a sniper from a roof.

Yet.

Just kidding.

You’d be lucky if anyone would represent you, your thought process is no different than someone who gets stopped on the freeway for speeding calls the officer a dick because everyone else was speeding so why did he stop you.

The bottom line is he was defective as is every other fucktard we don’t in the immediacy recognize via The Minority Report (Tom Cruise Movie) you can’t catch them all before they actually do anything unfortunately or not.

But we did catch this one sleeping at a rest stop (Where all warriors go to rest) and even though it took to long in my opinion his worthless life was ended none the less. Had we as you put it dealt with him instead of the government it would have just happened sooner. It would have also been murder so get a life you are wrong anyway you slice it, rules/laws aren’t perfect but its what we have and it prevents the anarchy you obviously support.

As a matter of fact based off of your own actions and subversive tone maybe they should be watching you.

Things that make you go Hhhmmmnnnnn!

I just had an idea–Maybe they should be watching all of us. My opinion indicates no threat of violence to their institution nor is not outside the limits of my constitutional rights. Since when is this anarchy? Rather, these “freedoms” are outlined in the Bill of Rights.

Maybe they should be watching you for implying that murder is an acceptable practice.

I simply don’t believe in capital punishment. I don’t believe that the government has the right to take a life, any life, even “our” enemies lives. The government doesn’t have rights, it has authority granted by it’s citizens and no more than it’s citizens and if citizens do not have the right to murder, then neither does the government. Granted that ultimately it is citizens tax dollars that fund imprisonment and/or exectution.

Now before you attempt to rectify your ‘argument’ with “proper spending of taxes” let’s not forget the “war on whatever we’d like”, that has been going on for the past 8 years with a less than favorable approval rating, amounting to nearly $1 trillion. Nevermind the fact that the death penalty process costs more than keeping a person in prison for life.

Let’s not talk money though, this is a moral issue for citizens. (Side note: We’re still without univiersal healthcare [very conservatively estimated at $700 billion annu. in waste]. Now that’s murder.)

The death penalty is not a law, not a right, not guaranteed and therefore it is not a deterent. Rather, it is a punishment based almost solely on emotion and a reflection of a government that holds no conscience.

Therefore, a sociopathic entity devised in order to play out the role of citizens who choose to “wash their hands” of the issue. And who are afterall being influenced by a herd mentality (aka a jury of their peers).

And again, “we” wouldn’t be dealing with absolutely fuckall. YOU might be able to place your hands around his neck and strangle him to death, but I sure as hell won’t be perpetrating the act. It’s not within my rights as a citizen and not within my ability to morally justify. Especially when exoneration due to substantiating evidence is ALWAYS a possibility.

So don’t give me that “it’s the best system possible” shit. Don’t fool yourself and don’t let them fool you. There are people that are paid (see. financial interest) to persuade you and your “representatives”. Start holding your country to a higher standard; moral, economic and judicial.

Not everyone wants to shoot first, then ask questions. Some people like to solve problems. Even prevent them. Schools, prisons and the military all have psychologists, there’s a start. As far as I know, Muhammad was a party of all of those institutions at some point in time.

Now you can jab me with insults all day and claim that I’m egotistical or sociopathic but that is ok… It’s ludicrous, but it’s ok and protected, because it’s your opinion. It’s not the altruistic approach nor is it constructive but even that is ok, because you pose no threat to me.

But if you choose to retort, keep the observations of my character to a minimal because quite frankly, you don’t know me.

Done.

Unless you prefer sources?

They call him the D.C. sniper, but really it was more like the Northern Virginian sniper. The gas stations around here would put up black tarps because people were afraid to get gas. On my way to high school I saw a girl dart in random directions from her Mom’s car to the school entrance.

When I asked her what she was doing she responded, “dodging the sniper.” I saw many people do this and many mother’s would RUN their kids from place to place. People were freaking out.

Statistically much more likely to get hit by a car around here than be snipped.[/quote]

If you want to get technical, he should have been called the Montgomery County Sniper. Three of the people he killed on the first day were less than 2 miles from where I live.

I was in 10th grade at the time, they put us in Code Blue, meaning we couldn’t leave the building and we couldn’t look out windows. It was weird because they didn’t tell us what was going on for the first two hours, then after it broke out on the news and teachers got antsy and put on the televisions, we all sat around and watched. Gas station next to where I had eaten lunch the day beforehand was where they got the person vaccuuming their car.

One of my best memories though was of my dad. I lived about 3/4 of a mile away from the school, so I walked to and from school everyday. On the first day of the sniper attacks, I called my dad (he’s a computer programmer who works from home) to pick me up because, well damn, someone’s out there shooting people for no reason. He tells me he’s not gonna pick me up and if I’m so worried I should run home. He says, "what makes you think the sniper would want to shoot you?

Bump

Fun times and crazy times. I was 9th grade, someone pulled the fire alarm as a prank and my entire high school was outside for half an hour standing around. I decided to hide behind a mob of Koreans. I don’t blame me either. High school game against Herndon was relocated and played in Ashland, Va, outside of Richmond and the sniper decided to go down there and shoot up a buffet parking lot, same town. Someone got shot at the gas station my older brother frequented near his job. FBI lady was shot & killed outside of the Home Depot…hence my father telling me to walk quickly in parking lots with him at the time.

They should put his apprentice Malvey Jr. to rest too, he’s of age to be executed.
