My ideal body type is AthlenX. Not Jay Cutler. So, by my standard, I am achieving that. I’m 6’5”, so the size of my muscle is deceiving in photos. People think I’m skinny in clothes. Just like I thought you had boobs. My back is very defined. I’ve been fat off and on. Hopefully it’s all in the past.
I’ve been much more muscular, but I had a gut to match it. I have transformed my body many times for whatever I was competing in at the time.
I only take .25 AI EOD when I’m getting labs to keep my dr happy because I have NO written proof to argue him! He wants me taking 1 pill EOD. Otherwise, no AI.
I’m supposed to be injecting .30ml cc 3X weekly. Which is just shy of 200mg the common dosage. But, I just switched to .40ml cc 3X weekly. Which should be 220mg, maybe 240?
I’m off and on .5ml HCG weekly. I’ll finish what I have and then stop for a while.
A few weeks ago I blasted .60ml 3X week. I held 7lbs of water, the only thing I noticed.
One thing I experienced frequently on AI, or atleast when taking too high doses, was shortness of breath. I had no idea what was going on, I actually thought it was cause of too HIGH e2, so I upped the dose, big mistake.
Arimidex seem to cause me to be able to breath way, uh, “worse”.
When beginning self threatment, I also took so much arimidex it hurt in all my joints and legs, I couldnt even run without it hurting, yet i continued to take alot cause estrogen was so bad, I thought.
Little did I know I was killing it, hence making me feel like death. Mind became slow, I started speaking weirdly, couldnt formulate sentences in my mind, it hurt doing squats and benches and triceps extensions, I couldnt breathe well.
So yeah, Im very well aware AI can be super bad, and/or low e2.
U sure? Back in 2017 on Joe Rogan, when he was there with the former afghanistan war dude he helped, he said that he puts all his patients on max 80mg of test, usually 40-60, and back then he used testosterone injections and not that oral stuff. He also said, frequently, again and again, during that podcast, that “big doses” (meaning 150-200mg of test, in his own words on there) was not neccesary and many times could be dangerous.
I actually tried 85-90. Felt good. But the thinking in these forums made me want higher test numbers.
And I figured fuck it am on trt why not take advantage and get my numbers higher…
Dr gives me 200mg a week. I only take 100-110 a week. He gives me play room.
A - dose of test, you’re on 500mg weekly, what’s this guy on. 500mg, exercise 3x weekly still beats 220mg, exercise 5x weekly with cardio etc (literature backs this).
B - The guy is 6’5, not easy to put on a ton of mass with such a frame
Huh? Strange choice at an insult
This is dependent on the individual. I don’t believe dbossa is the type of individual I’m about to describe… but you’ve got “alpha”/confident (as in, nice guy… but presence def dominates the room, a sense of raw intimidation exists) and cocky/assholish, both can come across as alpha. The first type I’m fine with, the second type I’ll get into spats with. I believe Dbossa is the first kind of “alpha” I described… @dbossa are you tall?
And daily shots don’t mimic this natural circadian rhythm either… regardless, fuck Mother Nature, science/genetic manipulation has many a times proven to be superior when compared to natural physiology. The long term impact from not bobbing up and down in terms of androgen concentration (based on a myriad of parameters from and aside from natural circadian rhythm) is probably negligible. The only way to mimic what you’re talking about is with
testosterone propionate
unesterified testosterone (oil based or water based suspension)
gel
cream
You don’t advocate for any of these treatment options
I’m a half inch shy of 6 feet tall. My regular TRT dose is 250. I’m experimenting with 500mg as an experiment (it has only been a few weeks) doing IM instead of Sub-Q as I didn’t feel good doing it Sub-Q. Want to see how it affects blood health in my labs and then do a video about it. Keep in mind I eat about half what I should be eating and only train a few days a week. Nutrition is the biggest issue. Don’t get me wrong, we eat very healthy at home, but as an example my first meal today was at 2pm because I was too busy with work. That is why training isn’t a priority for me. Just staying in shape is fine.
@dbossa I actually took this today to make myself feel like shit about drinking hard 4 nights a week since I’ve moved to Nola (5 months ago) so I’ve packed on some fat in the midsection and haven’t been working out much. I’m about to cut that shit out and get ready for summer though. My diet has been horrible and I have been stuck at planet fitness so I’m not looking great at the moment but I’ll be back in stallion mode by May. Joining a grown ass man gym this week.
