You deflect, like a woman.
@theinneroh Here you go. Satisfied? No, I don’t have boobs as you can see. I don’t train seriously. I train with my wife in my home gym a few times a week to stay in shape.
Anything else I can send you?
Now how about you post a photo of yourself for all the world to see?
:::crickets:::
I’m not deflecting. You’re asking me for research. Research on what?? Can you be a bit more specific? We have thousands of articles in our group. All you said is “post your research here”. Do you even know how this stuff works?
I’d agree with you with this specified
He was trolling you, not sure why it was nessecary to actually go through with the picture posting…
Good physique though, esp if you only train a couple times weekly… certainly a thumbs up from my side
@theinneroh you now have ZERO credibility. Understood? None.
Danny,
Fwiw,
Your being here has got me to try the protocol that you suggested. And if it works, you will have successfully helped to get me off of anastrozole.
Maybe you’d consider sticking around, at least until you see how my new protocol works out.
Thanks again for taking the time to help with all of my questions.
While I don’t think you should have taken the bait I applaud you for putting yourself out there. Also you have a great physique so screw all the haters.
I’ve got nothing to hide. People are constantly saying that I have man boobs. I have some very mild gyno that I’ve had for 20+ years. The ones who make these call outs usually look worse than me. I don’t have a specific meal plan. My wife and I eat healthy home cooked meals. Sometimes I miss meals when I’m busy with work. I’m not bigger because I don’t eat enough to bulk. We train a few times a week, nothing crazy.
I provide relevant information and when anyone disagrees they will poke fun at physical attributes like children. So here’s a shirtless pic of me that I took yesterday. If anyone else wants to comment on my physique, knock yourself out. On my IQ, I just missed the entrance exam to Mensa by a few points (I may try again at one point).
Usually this all comes from people that are miserable with their own lives and just lash out at others. It’s sad.
I also applaud you for that. Look, you’ve made a pretty big splash recently so you are going to get push back. Honestly, some is good. Regarding your physique I don’t believe you’ve ever claimed to train or aspire to be a bodybuilder. On that note, your physique is just fine… honestly better than fine. So I hope you stick around to keep spreading the information you have gathered for those that do appreciate it.
@theinneroh I just googled you and found photos. You have a worse body than I do. You are in no position to be judging people’s physiques you moron.
I should get my IQ retested. It was like 120-125 when I was a child, fairly sure 132 or so is the accepted IQ for Mensa
One can train for IQ tests (raise IQ by learning the format), hence if I trained perhaps I could get in? I’ve smoked my fair share of cannabis throughout my teenage years though, so perhaps the IQ of mid 120’s is no longer applicable… (now it’s an IQ of 20)
Your physique is doing a lot better than mine and you’re a good 10 years older too. I really need to make use of this newfound T and spend some time in the gym.
Neil Rouzier states it in a very simple way.
For 50 years of study there was no harm shown in interventional study where estrogen was raised. Including there were studies they ve been giving estrogen to men, as I understood for treating prostate cancer. Raising estrogen in MEN showed only benefits, including on libido and intensity of orgasm.
On the other side all studies where estrogen was blocked there was harm either on bine density, lipids, visceral fat or cardio vascular protection.
Some doctors just need to watch his lectures
He didn’t say that, he raised a fair point with your general message. The same argument that I had with you. There IS an upper limit to everything, just like there’s a lower limit. You come off as saying there is no upper limit for E2, but I know you don’t actually believe that, you’re just fighting the bias against E2 and the push from many to put it in a narrow range instead of balanced to other hormones. There is always such a thing as too much, guys shouldn’t be misled into thinking there isn’t. You pay a price at some point when things get out of “range” so to speak.
@hardartery I get what you’re saying. The thing is, there is a point that you keep raising testosterone levels but E2 levels out and doesn’t really go up anymore. I’ve seen labs where guys jacked their dose way up but the rise in E2 was negligible.
My point is, I can have an increase in muscle mass, decrease in visceral fat, improved insulin resistance, imrpoved brain function, decreased risk of alsheimers’s, diabetes, certain cancers, obesity, increased bone mineral density, improved cardiovascular health, etc. etc. etc. right NOW.
OR… I can say I don’t want any of those ‘just in case’. Seems to me that if I had all those benefits over the course of my life, my body will be better equipped to handle anything should anything arise.
The funny thing is if I told the general public that I had a pill that they can take once a day that would provide all of those benefits, and more, but we don’t know what the long term effects will be (say, 20+ years down the road), most people would take it with their eyes closed.
Make sense?
Here is the thing. You and I have actually been almost entirely in agreement from the start. I am trying to polish your presentation a little. You come off wrong sometimes, and it detracts from what is being said.
Understood
Very true IMO
