Alright hey folks, Just to get us started I am new to gear, This will be my first cycle and I know everyone will bash it. I have been reading up quiet a bit on the topic and I realize the cons to this as a first cycle, But I want to do this to see 1) how my body reacts to dbol on its own( as I have reacted to things poorly before) 2) as a first experience with gear.
I Am JUST starting this cycle, And depending how it goes, I plan on running a dbol+test cycle. This is just going to be my Beginners cycle.
Heres the info on me:
Height: 6’4
Weight: 192 lbs
Body fat: 9%
Age: 23
Gym experience: 3 years
I Realize this is not an ideal Cycle to do, And I should just do Test to start, But I have decided this will be my first cycle for sure. I am planning clomid as a PCT, And am doing 60mg of Dbol ED 20mg in the am, 20 mg 1 hr prior to workout, And 20mg before bed. Cycling 5 weeks then starting PCT. ( clomid 40/40/40 )
I am planing on logging All my gains in strength, Size, And taking photos.(Before and after dbol, And after PCT )
Diet wise, I eat 8 Times a day, Including a shake after my workouts. 2 large meals of chicken and whole grain rice. 3 Sub meals of tuna w- light mayo ( sometimes in a sandwhich ) breakfast I eat 5 large white eggs. Granola through the day, along side fruits and some other minor things. ( no junk ) followed up with a casien shake At the end of the day. 2-3 days a week I eat large meals with red meat in them. ( steak, roast, pork loin )
Also I would like to add that I do realize I probably shouldnt start messing around with AAS yet, but Have had some set backs with training, And am locked on the decision of giving this a go. If you want to bash, Ill get past it, I know my errors in decision, And am simply doing this as a personal prefference, and opener to the gear world for me.
