Dbol Only Logging Progress

Alright hey folks, Just to get us started I am new to gear, This will be my first cycle and I know everyone will bash it. I have been reading up quiet a bit on the topic and I realize the cons to this as a first cycle, But I want to do this to see 1) how my body reacts to dbol on its own( as I have reacted to things poorly before) 2) as a first experience with gear.

I Am JUST starting this cycle, And depending how it goes, I plan on running a dbol+test cycle. This is just going to be my Beginners cycle.

Heres the info on me:
Height: 6’4
Weight: 192 lbs
Body fat: 9%
Age: 23
Gym experience: 3 years

I Realize this is not an ideal Cycle to do, And I should just do Test to start, But I have decided this will be my first cycle for sure. I am planning clomid as a PCT, And am doing 60mg of Dbol ED 20mg in the am, 20 mg 1 hr prior to workout, And 20mg before bed. Cycling 5 weeks then starting PCT. ( clomid 40/40/40 )

I am planing on logging All my gains in strength, Size, And taking photos.(Before and after dbol, And after PCT )

Diet wise, I eat 8 Times a day, Including a shake after my workouts. 2 large meals of chicken and whole grain rice. 3 Sub meals of tuna w- light mayo ( sometimes in a sandwhich ) breakfast I eat 5 large white eggs. Granola through the day, along side fruits and some other minor things. ( no junk ) followed up with a casien shake At the end of the day. 2-3 days a week I eat large meals with red meat in them. ( steak, roast, pork loin )

Also I would like to add that I do realize I probably shouldnt start messing around with AAS yet, but Have had some set backs with training, And am locked on the decision of giving this a go. If you want to bash, Ill get past it, I know my errors in decision, And am simply doing this as a personal prefference, and opener to the gear world for me.

Add test. If you are scared of needles either get over it or dont use aas.

Don’t listen to these forum gurus that bash oral only cycles. Unless they have a pro card or elite level lifts in the big 3 then they can eat a can of fuck all.

That’s actually a good idea, you could have reversed it with test first but not a bad idea to see how you react to one before throwing them both in there.

The majority of us on here that started darksidin’ do it for aesthetic or superficial reasons. I’ll never compete in bodybuilding or powerlifting. To me it was just an experiment, like putting a turbo on a camaro.

Just make sure to do your research and proper PCT so you don’t fuck endocrine system up.

I used Tbol instead of Dbol the first time. Personally I would start with 30 mgs split 3X during the day, just to see how you feel.

I started with 40 mg’s (20 mg’s 2X a day) of Tbol and ended moving to 60 twice a day but that was only after the initial “rush” or mental affects wore off from the 40 mg’s (about 1 week after starting). You can always up your dosage but start with 30 mg’s if you are concerned with how you will react.

Personally I can’t wait to start 2 on 2 off cycles of Dbol.

Oral only cycles are bashed for a reason. They do not work as good.

Sounds like you got it planned out decently. At 6’4" 192 your a skinny moe foe d-bol is a good choice. Hopefully you keep some of the weight you put on. Why did you choose d-bol over test for a first go?

I wouldn’t run an oral only cycle, but I’ll be interested to hear how it works out.

Reason i chose the dbol over the test to start really was a option of supply and demand. The guy I have for the gear couldnt get the test for another month or two (gets bulk from a guy who gets it from his doctor. SWEET ) So I wanted to see how the dbol affected my system.

I have had issues with simple shit like gravol before. A type of painkiller I took once made me very ill for a while. Also I have reacted poorly to creatine blends. ( WTF right? )

Lens, Yea I am really skinny lol! I used to weigh 140 When I started gymin… Took SOOOO long to gain even ten lbs, Because I had NO idea how to train, or eat. The last year really is when I put the majority of my mass on, going from 165 to 195. Yea :slight_smile: I am hoping to stick from 192 to 200 or 205 after PCT.

Ive had a couple buddies do oral only cycles and they lost almost if not all their gains. I have heard of people retaining them though so good luck!

roid noid have read similar cases repeatedly. and if so the case I’m no further behind, and I know first hand. I plan in maintaining very strict diet, and training regiment, so I’m hoping I’m one if the lucky ones. I an feeling good about it either way, it is a building block to my own personal knowledge

little tid bid for everyone, finishing my second day starting cycle, skin feels tingly like when I did ecstasy as a kid… definitely not complaining, sex felt better too not sure if its a placebo effect or the start of this stuff kicking in but either way I like it.

same as me, the guys I know who’ve done dbol only bloat up for a little while then shrink back down. I’m sure that doesn’t happen to everybody though

I was in the same boat as you when I started (I’ve only done one cycle so far). I was 180lbs and everyone told me I was too skinny to be cycling, thing was I’d started out at 130lbs!

That’s why I always take issue people take issue when folk say things like “OMG bro you should hit a natty 200lbs before juicin”

Oral only cycles can work great. There, I said it. Sue me.

The reason they ‘suck’ to most people is:
1.) Alot of people want to use 1 compound as a fix-all for financial reasons or otherwise. You need a SERM for PCT regardless of oral or IM compound, and an AI in the case of aromatizing compounds (ie: DBOL).
2.) People often dont use an AI with Dianabol or Anadrol (yeah I know, it isnt supposed to aromatize eyeroll). This causes intramuscular water retention “MAXIMUM SWOLE BRO”, followed by pissing all the ‘gains’ away as soon as you withdraw the compound
3.) People using oral only cycles are often less knowledgable about AAS use as a whole “THIS WILL MAKE ME LIKE HYOOOOOOUGE RIIGHT?!” And don’t know how to structure there cycle
4.) People often use 1 compound. Bill Roberts often stated that a blend of DBol, Winstrol and Anadrol is extremely effective at putting lean mass on with the use of an AI. Stacking compounds will increase your gains. Period.

Had to get this off my chest. OP, you need to get an AI, aromatase has a massive preference for Dianabol.

that’s a decent post, this point in particular. The guys that I know that’ve run oral only cycles have been idiots. No AI, no PCT. Just idiots.

There’s a reason why most experienced users recommend test as a first cycle, or at least the base to any cycle.

Why the hell would you want to fuck up your liver with oral only cycles, especially with a dbol only cycle which will bloat you and little to no lean muscle gains will be made.

Marlind, You missed the description to this post, where I said i know that. Im doing it as an introduction to a Test-dbol cycle in later months. I need to know how my body will react to the dbol first. So Flame off, And simmer down.

Training has been Bad ass, I think im 4 days into this Starting to notice strength go up big time. Smashed legs today for an INCREDIBLE workout. If this is what I have to look forward to, its exciting. Again Keeping in mind I do realize I maty loose every morsal of strength I do gain, I am prepared for this.
