No way. Due to their egos they will assume all the gains are the result of their training methods and won’t suspect drug use.

That’s exactly why if I was a trainer coaching elite athletes I’d have them sign a contract so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. If they cheat, I’m not associated with their use because they will have broken their contract with me.
