yea the adex should be here in a few more days. no worries and thanks a lot for your responses.

Ok boys the adex is finally here and i started a nice healthy dose of 1mg today. i think from tomorrow on i will be doing .25mg/eod unless symptoms get worse, but they are really not that noticeable right now as it is. Also unlike the same brand t-3, the adex tastes awful but thats minor.

Along with that my ephedra has finally arrived and i got to try it for the first time today at 50mg preworkout. it was simply amazing is the best way i can put it. I felt like i had limitless energy in the gym and had to force myself to stop. I am a big caffeine user but i have never taken something that works so well pre workout. now i just gotta make sure i cycle the stuff and go easy on the adrenals.

Thats about it for now just training real hard, eating good, and growing.

with your sensitivity I would hit .5mg every day.
just to keep it in check.

if you start seeing stuff like jont pain or the sniffles again then sure bump it down to .25 but if i was you I would not go less than .25 ed

I would 2nd Nich’s Adex dosage suggestion as I was using 0.5mg EOD and started getting sensitive nipples. My cycle comprises of 250mg test E E3D, 10mg dBol 3x/d, 250iu hCG EOD, 25mg Proviron ED which is significantly less to aromatize than your gear.

I am now using 0.5mg ED and although it is early; I feel better already…

gotta tell you dave mate… i think you have great looking legs, but your upper body is/was lacking in your contest pics.

i think you have lower body dominant genetics… which is not a bad thing really…

so you can do legs once a week or once every 10 days and the upper body more frequently… JMO

ok so im still using .5mg ed of the adex and aside from my nips not being sensitive anymore the small growth or swelling hasent done anything yet.

I have no nolva.

I am thinking that everything is “kicked in” based on my appetite sky rocketing starting basically this week. Aside from that EQ is so mild its really hard to tell.

yea dude i know, and its kinda funny because proportionally my upper body is much stronger then my lower. I train legs once a week balls to the wall. my upper body is split between 4 days in a row.

mon-chest/calfs/abs
tues-back
wed-legs/calfs/abs
thurs-Arms
fri- dead lifts/shoulders/abs/calfs

I am 6’2 somewhat lengthy and i feel i have the mass, however its going to take me a little longer to fill out compared to a 5’7 guy. This is my reasoning for taking such a long break in between shows.

As far as training my upper body anymore, its not going to happen. Even with the gear, the way i train wont let me work anything more frequently. takes me about a week or so to recover from each major body part.

I disagree… i DO like your legs, but they are definitely an aesthetic look of a high level natty BB… they dont have a TON of mass… a good size and proportional… but not beefy IMO.

As for your top half… no way man! you have not got enough size at all… (going by your comp photos a while back and your avatar). NO OFFENCE. I am sure IRL you pack on some meat, as i do… but in the cold light of a fellow bodybuilders eye… You have much more size to put on IMO… and i dont think you have it harder than a guy who is 5’7" as if you were that short, you simply wouldnt weight the same as you do now… it is just as hard for us all… being shorter doesnt mean the gains come quicker… just that the weight is a lower number. But one starts from a lower mass too… y’know?

IF you had the same weight and were 5’7" you would have been training another 10 years prolly… so it is all relative.

MAYBE you could start training your upper a little less frequently then… recently, after i had been training my whole body a MINIMUM of 2x/wk and upto 4 or 5x/pw for a long period, i RELUCTANTLY decided to go back to the ol’ 6-7 day macrocycle… and i have actually gained a whole load - not much weight-wise, as the food isn’t there… and just come off a high dose cycle, but body comp and quality (which does change really easily for me luckily)…

unfortunately i feel im in the same boat as u with the eq. i cant really notice anything special from the eq but am i supposed to. from my understanding it is a very mild builder. really slow gains in size and for the most part the gains stay. At the same time its really good as far as low sides. this is exactly what i wanted from the eq and is the reason i dident run something like dbol/drol/tren and why i kept the npp low.

so what does 600mg/week of eq feel like?

Even without it im still running 650mg/sust and 400mg NPP. I feel fucking great! My strength is up im growing at a very satisfied rate. The eq could be working or maybe not, but i still feel about the same as i did 1-1 1/2 weeks in. My strength is still increasing along with size so its kinda hard to tell. Im definitely not complaining but im just a little confused lol.

there is a misunderstanding lol. I most definitely need to gain a lot of size. what i meant and i fucked the wording up so its my b but anyway i have size but i also have a very large frame. And i do believe that it will take me a little longer to fill it out compared to someone who is structurally smaller.

yea my cals have dropped a little, i am taking a lot of adderall right now to help with studying and its really taking a toll. I dont know if its the pics or what but i have recently been getting called out more then usual about using. im sure compared to a lot of guys on here i am still pretty underdeveloped or maybe im just young. idk but next time i step on stage i will look like it lol.

i think ill hold off being as the only days i have a problem getting down enough, and keep in mind i still eat a lot but not as much is when im taking the aderall. Not sure the b-12 would help too much.
