yea dude i know, and its kinda funny because proportionally my upper body is much stronger then my lower. I train legs once a week balls to the wall. my upper body is split between 4 days in a row.
mon-chest/calfs/abs
tues-back
wed-legs/calfs/abs
thurs-Arms
fri- dead lifts/shoulders/abs/calfs
I am 6’2 somewhat lengthy and i feel i have the mass, however its going to take me a little longer to fill out compared to a 5’7 guy. This is my reasoning for taking such a long break in between shows.
As far as training my upper body anymore, its not going to happen. Even with the gear, the way i train wont let me work anything more frequently. takes me about a week or so to recover from each major body part.
I disagree… i DO like your legs, but they are definitely an aesthetic look of a high level natty BB… they dont have a TON of mass… a good size and proportional… but not beefy IMO.
As for your top half… no way man! you have not got enough size at all… (going by your comp photos a while back and your avatar). NO OFFENCE. I am sure IRL you pack on some meat, as i do… but in the cold light of a fellow bodybuilders eye… You have much more size to put on IMO… and i dont think you have it harder than a guy who is 5’7" as if you were that short, you simply wouldnt weight the same as you do now… it is just as hard for us all… being shorter doesnt mean the gains come quicker… just that the weight is a lower number. But one starts from a lower mass too… y’know?
IF you had the same weight and were 5’7" you would have been training another 10 years prolly… so it is all relative.
MAYBE you could start training your upper a little less frequently then… recently, after i had been training my whole body a MINIMUM of 2x/wk and upto 4 or 5x/pw for a long period, i RELUCTANTLY decided to go back to the ol’ 6-7 day macrocycle… and i have actually gained a whole load - not much weight-wise, as the food isn’t there… and just come off a high dose cycle, but body comp and quality (which does change really easily for me luckily)…

there is a misunderstanding lol. I most definitely need to gain a lot of size. what i meant and i fucked the wording up so its my b but anyway i have size but i also have a very large frame. And i do believe that it will take me a little longer to fill it out compared to someone who is structurally smaller.
