Midol the shit will cure any thing


well not sure about how effective midol will be but i think its about time i update this bitch.

Well im almost 2 1/2 weeks in and i guess its all goin pretty well. My starting weight was 215lbs and today i was 228lbs. My strength is pretty good and increasing but nothing crazy, which is exactly what i wanted. My shoulder is holding up real well and i am really happy that it has given me minimal problems, even as i start to hit the heavier weight.

All the AAS dosages have remained the same, however i am up to 100mcg of t-3 and im still waiting for my ephedrine which is kinda annoying but w/e. Only side so far from the t-3 is i sweat more.

My diet is probably hovering around 5.5-6k cals/day. I feel like eating this way will make me fat but the t-3 is metabolizing it real well so far. i dont mind throwing on a little fat but i wanna keep it under control. Ideally find the perfect amount to maximize muscle growth and gain minimal fat but i guess thats what were all after huh?lol

For the first time i am experiencing some nipple sensitivity and even a little (not visually noticeable) growth under my right nip. it isent a problem now but im concerned about it getting worse. I dont really notice it getting bigger but it might be.

My question is should i try just bumping the proviron up to 50mg/day or should i look into getting some a-dex?

no problem bro sorry for the delayed response, im swamped this week.

Anyway due to a busy school sched at the beginning of the day i get most of my cals later on in the day. I am also not as regimented when im not dieting so i eat out and dont watch my portions as much aside from protein but i do have a general idea of what the cal/carbs/fat content of the meals are. Also theres about 2-3 hours in between meals and sometimes ill eat an extra bar or 2 during the day)

I guess ill take yesterday -

meal 1
left over chicken ww pasta(probably like 4-oz pasta,90g carbs and a chicken breast).
2scoops on gold standard whey (50g protein)

Meal 2
Tri-o-plex bar - 450cal/40gcarbs/30g protein

Meal 3
2 chicken breasts/1cup brown rice/1/2cup broccoli

Meal 4 PWO
2 scoops ON gold standard whey

Meal 5- 1 hours later
A burrito at a reasturant. Pretty healthy(black beans,rice,grilled steak,lettice,onion). i looked up the nutritional pacts and its 745cals/87g carbs/44g protein.

meal 6
left over chicken ww pasta(probably like 4-oz pasta,90g carbs and 2 chicken breasts).

Meal 7
Triple cheeseburger from Wendys and u dont wanna know the nutrition on this one. have not had one in a long time i swear lol.

Well like i said i switch it up alot when im not precontest but i guess add that up and i think its probably around 5k.

Dave just got here bud. You need to hurry up and get something fast. Research stuff works great if you get it from the right place but hurry the hell up if you don’t want these pics you’re uploading to turn into softcore porn. That sensitivity is a warning and things usually don’t get better from that point, they get worse as androgen levels build up and aromatize, especially as you are running some longer esters in there. Hope you at least have some nolvadex on hand.

And yeah, from personal experience, Proviron does jack shit as an AI. It should be used strictly for it’s SHBG binding properties.

nice to have ya lol. I have nothing on hand but a-dex in on its way from the same place i got my t-3 from. I guess this teaches me a lesson not to have a good AI on hand but i have run heavier cycles with absolutely no problem. I cant notice any further growth at the moment and they really arnt too sore, just sensitive. Any way problem is solved. What dosing is recommended for my symptoms? 1mg/EOD? i have never touched the stuff before.

ALWAYS have an AI or a SERM on hand. I’m not sure what dosage you should use because I don’t know what you are going to be feeling (hopefully not too many) days from now when it gets here, but if your nipples are really bugging you at that point I would start with a big dose like 1mg/day and pull back once all sensitivity and puffiness has subsided. I’m not an authority on this so I’d want to hear what other guys would do, but this would be my plan.

I my self would back down to 0.5 every day still fine 0.5 eod still peachy 0.25 ed i think you get my drift??

yea thanks a lot guys. The problem really isent bad at all i just did not know if it would progress any. They are a little sensitive and under my right nip it feels a little firm or swollen. Not itchy,painful,or noticeably doing anything. Thought i would just be safe then sorry.

Yeah, the triple is about 1000 calories. Hey, if the rest of your day was that great, I wouldn’t fret. Was that burrito at Moe’s by any chance? It’s a place around here that sells burritos with almost those same specs. Thanks, btw.

lol the triple is more like 1200cals. And yes actually it was a burrito from moes. thats funny, nice guess. i eat there like every other day probably, i love it.

Completely agree with Cortes. Grab that adex from the one research chem company that most of us use.
