Obviously a fake, the real vader would have strolled up to the teller, and said" you want to fill this sack with all the money in your drawer" Then he would have force choked someone for fun and walked out.

I think he’s skip speaking and force choked everyone, crushed the locks on the vault and used telekinesis to take the money out.
