Warm Up: Super 6 + Band Pull aparts + dislocates

DB Bench: 1 warm up set; 2 sets max reps @ 40kg (26 reps; 15 reps)
Pullups: supersetted with all pressing sets
Lat pulls: 5 sets 10
Curls: 3 sets 6 @ 50kg
Db cleans: 3 sets 15 @ 12kg
Conditioning: 6 x 25 KB swings
Very good session. Didn’t go for max reps on press, want to push the numbers on bench at the moment. Felt good to change the assistance up.
