Bush and Perry in Texas pushed for this.
Bush was a big fan , but the person that got the ball rolling was Clinton, with NAFTA. It is one of the last industries that pays a livable wage .
We have to transport all that Chinese stuff from the ports to Walmart and we have to do it cheap

It is all the Politicians Republicans and Democrats, I think Obama still buys into the suplly side economics
