Power Clean- warm ups= 5x65, 3x115, 1x135, 1x155 - 3 tries= 1x180, 1x190, fail x195 = 190
Back Squat- warm ups=5x115, 2x165, 1x185- 3 tries=1x215, 1x225(pr), 1x240(pr) = 240
Banch Press- warm ups= 5x115, 3x135, 1x155, 1x185- 3 tries=1x215, 1x220(pr), fail x225=220
Deadlift- warm ups= 3x185, 1x235, 1x285- 3 tries=1x335, 1x355(pr), failx360=355
