I have created a morning tonic drink out of LMNT electrolyte powder, Superfood, and creatine. Must say it’s a great way to start the day, making sure I get all the important stuff in.

Well, trip to Japan is concluding today. Sitting in Haneda airport currently. Great experience and amazing food, kind people.

That’s 10 sets of 34 + 6 sets of 4 reps for a 364 rep workout. Dang - missed the year by one rep. not trying for that - just a coincidence.
Feels great even in the Florida heat.
