I would pick which one works the best and do some sort of schedule like 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off. You could use one of the others during those 2 weeks.
The specific on/off duration could vary as to which supplement you choose.

I have seen the site you are talking about, and the logic makes sense. I’ve considered doing the same, although keep in mind their intentions might be to sell you a bunch of supps. Can’t be certain, if you decide to give it a go let us know how it goes!
Increase the range and or amount of all fatty acids you take. Add a GLA supplement, start cooking with coconut oil, eat some egg yolks, eat some steak. Also take some ZMA to cover any zinc or Mg deficiencies.

Take trib and longjack combo (or aplha male) with a 5 on 2 day off protocol. Do that for 6 weeks and take a few weeks off
I agree that Alpha Male and Trib will help, but…Remember that the big lifts (Deadlifts, Squats, O-lifts) done heavy and for low reps will also increase HGH and Testosterone. Also, if you are very heavy, that could be a problem as well. Drop some bodyfat and you should notice an improvement.
